It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas...
Here are two pages that I did early this year - like January or February - from our Christmas last year. I have been practicing a LOT of patience to wait until now to show them, but it is just really hard to share Christmas pages in July.
I thought this file folder I found was just perfect for adding extra pictures from Christmas Day. We take so many pictures that it can be hard to get them all on one page, but putting them into this file folder was a perfect solution!

November Project Share.
Well, sadly my old faithful 4-year old laptop finally crashed. I say "faithful" in a very sarcastic tone as that computer gave me trouble from the start. Luckily, I had most, but not all, of my stuff backed up. I did lose my projects that had been photographed and saved so I had to re-take them which is why my Magistical Memories November uploads are very late. I also lost Sydnie's birthday pictures and our Halloween pictures, but it could have been way worse. So, if you are reading this and have not backed up your stuff lately just a friendly reminder that sometimes our computers are not our friends LOL!
Here are a few pages that I have done lately.
This first one is special because after a year my oldest daughter finally got her braces off. I had been wanting to use this skeleton applique on one of her layouts since she had so many skeleton clothes and finally had the chance. I used the Magistical Memories chipboard swirl page as a background for my journaling.

And last for right now is a page I did to preserve this moment from Taylor's birthday. Her father sent her a Jade pendant necklace from Hong Kong for her birthday since he was deployed and she just loved it! She was so surprised that he sent her something from so far that she loved so much! For this page I covered a big Magistical Memories chipboard Chunky heart with a piece of old denim that already had the bling butterfly on it. I also used a fun Magistical Memories piece of swirly acrylic.

Halloween Haunted Mansion Mini-Album
Okay, have you seen this Haunted Mansion Chipboard book? Go here: http://www.magisticalmemories.com/Default.asp?Redirected=Y and then click under "books" on the left side. While there don't forget to check out the cute halloween stuff under "seasonal."
I created this little album using a TON of product. For extra pages I cut some plastic canvas. Other products used: Magistical Memories Chipboard Haunted Mansion Book, Magistical Memories Chip Spooks, Magistical Memories Chip Kitty, Prima Little Boo Collection paper, Heidi Grace Glitter Fabric Bats, BoBunny rubons.

Project Upload for October
There just isn't really anything I love playing with (scrappy playing of course) than Chipboard. It is just so versatile. Magistical Memories has also started carrying some AWESOME clear acrylic. I often leave on the blue protective paper because I love how it looks, but it is fabulous clear acrylic and so much fun to use!
Here are my October projects and I have more coming.
But, as always, don't forget to upload some chipboard in our Monthly Contest and Challenge at Magistical Memories because you might earn an EASY prize!!

September Doings at Magistical Memories.
Okay, first of all I am still on the look-out for Laurel who won my blog challenge below. If any of you know a Laurel please let her know it might be her that won. I can't "get to her" profile.
There is a fun contest going on this month at Magistical Memories all about scrappin' YOUR School Memories. Check it out right HERE
Below are some of my Magistical Memories Chipboard projects for this month.
This first journal is for Lauren...that girl loves journals! For the frame I took out the middle piece and decoupaged it with paper and lightly sanded the edges to make them white and then popped it back into the outer frame.

Products used: Magistical Memories Chipboard Filigree Frame, MME 29th Street Market paper, Making Memories WordFetti – I took apart the two pieces of chipboard: for the center I covered it with the reverse of my paper and then sanded the white edge: and for the outside frame I spray with Ranger Mist.
This layout below was inspired by September's monthly challenge to use 3 tags and a piece of acrylic OR chipboard. Easy, right? You could win a prize if you go here and link up your page.
Challenge at Magistical Memories
Products used: Magistical Memories Chipboard Retro Block Border, Pink Paislee Fetching, Prima Whispered Words flocked alphas, Thickers, Bazzill Border strips, and 3 hang tags from assorted clothing.
And last for now is a partial re-do. I designed this page for Apron Strings Monthly Kit using only the products in the kit, but I had to go back and add this super cool piece of chipboard from Magistical Memories...this note is just so neat not to use.
For this layout I used a star punched and punched out several stars from each picture so that the background cardstock shows through.
Products used: Magistical Memories Chipboard G Cleft note, Lily Bee French Couture paper, Basic Grey Bling Swirl, Creative Imaginations Rubons, Doodlebug Candy Shoppe letters, CTMH stamps. (Apron Strings Monthly Kit)
